FAQ.

How does my jewel arrive packed?

Your CÂP  jewel will arrive in a cardboard box with our logo stamped on it. In this box your jewel is packed in a raw linen bag, which was previously packed in a 10 x 10 box in pink or blue with our logo in copper color.

 

Is it packaged as a gift?

Yes, our jewels are gift packed in tissue paper inside our linen bag.

 

How long does it take for my jewel to arrive?

Orders are processed and shipped between one (1) and three (3) business days after payment confirmation. Once the jewel leaves our store, it may take the following days to reach its final destination:

One (1) to three (3) business days - local destination (Medellín).

Two (2) to four (4) business days - national destination (Colombia).

Six (6) to eight (8) business days - international destination (The rest of the world)

Can I track my guide online?

All your shipping information with the guide and the transport company will be sent to you via email once you make your purchase.

 

Which transportation company do you use for shipping?

We operate mainly through FedEx, in certain cities FedEx can use complementary services with other shipping companies that operate in the area.

 

Can I send my purchase to an international location?

Yes, you can send your purchase order to a shipping address outside the country and pay for the corresponding shipping at the check out.

 

Do the products have any shipping insurance?

Our products are shipped without insurance, for certain products such as our engagement or marriage rings we always offer our customers to pay the additional insurance for it.

 

How much is the shipping?

Our shipments inside Colombia cost 3,5 USD

Outside Colombia you can check the shipment cost at the check out.

 

Can I make changes without a receipt?

All our pieces can be changed in the month following the purchase with the purchase invoice or with the identity card of the person to whom it was invoiced.

 

From where will my jewel be shipped?

All our pieces are shipped from our factory in Medellin Colombia

 

What happens if my package arrives open?

If you receive your open package or something in your order is missing, you must send us a photo of the package immediately by mail to info@capajoyeria.com.  Once we receive the information, we will be able to study the case and give you a solution as soon as possible. This will occur within a maximum term of five (5) business days.

How can I make an online purchase in CÂPÂ?

Placing an order in CÂPÂ is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you want to purchase, click the "Add to Bag" button to place it in your shopping bag. Follow the instructions through the checkout process to complete your order.

What payment methods do you have?

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex. Through the STRIPE platform which is enabled for cards and payments. 

 

Can I pick up an order that I have made through the online platform or WhatsApp in the Flagship store?

Yes, at the time of the checkout you can put the option of picking up in store. We will have your product ready at the counter.

It is important that you check the opening and closing hours.

 

Will I be charged sales tax on my capajewelry.com purchase? 

You are not charged any additional local sales tax.

However, if your shipment goes to an international destination, each country has different agreements and it is possible that some extra charges will be charged upon the arrival of the package to the country destination.

Exchanges and refunds. 

How can I make returns or exchanges?

Yes you can exchange your jewel. To proceed with the approval of the refund or the exchange of your jewel you must send us an email to info@capajoyeria.com, with the next information: 1. Your full name 2. A receipt or proof of purchase, indicating where the purchase was made (physical store or online store), 3. information about the piece and 4. reasons for the exchange or refund. After that we will give you the instructions to proceed with the change, if applicable.

In case the exchange or refund  is admitted, you must send the jewel back to  KILOMETRO 17 VIA LAS PALMAS LOCAL 120 CÂPÂ MALL INDIANA, MEDELLIN- COLOMBIA 055420, within fifteen (15) days to the date of mailing of approval and once you are issued with the certificate of the exchange.

The jewel returned should not be used; must be in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

Can I exchange a Gift? 

Yes. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. For more information please visit our refund and exange policy

How can I have a refund?
