Refunds & Exchanges Policy
At Capa Design LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your jewelry. If for any reason you are not, we gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Custom orders, personalized pieces, sale items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Return Process
- Request your return via email at sales@capajoyeria.com with your full name, order number, item details, and reason for return/exchange.
- Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return label and instructions.
- A flat fee of $9 USD will be deducted from your refund or store credit to cover return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- Items must be shipped back within 15 days of receiving approval.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for another item of equal or greater value.
- The $9 USD return shipping fee will be deducted from your exchange credit, unless the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item shipped.
- The fastest way to receive your new item is to return the original and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
- A flat $9 USD return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund, unless the return is due to our error (defective/damaged/incorrect item).
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
- Partial refunds may be granted if items are not returned in their original condition or are missing parts not due to our error.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the return.
- If the gift was not marked as such, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate and make it right.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification. Items must meet the eligibility criteria above.
