How do I know my ring size?
We get a lot of questions about how to find the perfect size. It's very important and sometimes confusing. Ideally, the ring shouldn't fly off as you wave, but it also shouldn't be so tight that it cuts off your circulation on a hot day. For this we have made a small guide to get an idea of what the ring size is.
Do you have a catalogue?
We have a catalog that you can download here or request it by cell phone +57 314 7198866 or email diseno@capajoyeria.com. In this catalog we have a sample of the pieces we have made over the years.
Do the rings have a warranty?
We have a 5 year warranty. You should know that if your ring has expensive stones we advise you to insure them once you leave CÂPÂ. We are not responsible for loss of stones after delivery.

What happens if the ring is too big or too small?
The rings can be subsequently adjusted to your size. Here you can find a guide to know your size.
How do I take care of my gold piece?
Gold is one of the metals with the least oxidation process. Simply wash it eventually with water, soap and a soft brush, or use a commercially available cloth for cleaning jewelry.
How are we reducing our carbon footprint?
At CÂPÂ we care about the environment, that is why we are always thinking about sustainable processes for the elaboration of our pieces.
What is the proposal like?
The proposal is a document with prototype or prototypes that we will carve for you according to the specifications given. In it you will find prices and delivery times. This proposal is free of charge.
How long does it take for a ring to be ready?
Each ring requires a different challenge or process, but on average it takes about seven weeks from the time you make the advance payment.
Materials
At CÂPÂ we care about the origin of our materials.
The gold and silver we use comes from two sources.
The first is recycled silver and gold from old pieces — Our supplier works as a place where people sell the gold from old jewelry and we buy it to make our rings.
We are also very motivated when our customers bring in old pieces to reuse them in the making of the CÂPÂ pieces.
The second is Fairmined Gold — Whenever the customer wants, we can elaborate the rings under this label, where we buy the gold from certified mines that have a proper extraction process.
