CAPA JOYERÍA® manufactures unique pieces made manually, which start from the nature of the materials in which they are manufactured. Its aesthetic contemplates processes of oxidation, wear and imperfection.

In case you have purchased a piece of CAPA JOYERÍA®, we recommend you read our refund policies carefully.


We want you to always be satisfied with your experience in CAPA JOYERÍA®, for this we accept your returns and changes. For this you must take into account the following:

The returns and changes refer to those cases in which the customer wants to replace the product purchased with a different one from the store.

The time established for the return will be ten (10) days following the date of purchase (in physical store) or once you have received the jewel.

To proceed with the approval of the return and the subsequent change, send us an email to info@capajoyeria.com, indicating your full name, identification document, telephone, means by which the purchase was made (physical store or online store), information about the piece and reasons for the return. In return mail we will give you the instructions to proceed with the change, if applicable.

In case the return is admitted, you must send the jewel back to the street 5 G No. 32-103 interior 1102 Medellín - Colombia 050021, within fifteen (15) days to the date of mailing of approval and Once you are issued the certificate that you can use in another product of the store.

The jewel returned should not be used; must be in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging, otherwise, you must assume responsibility for any loss or damage. If you do not comply with these conditions, we can not make the return and subsequent change of the piece.

Other considerations applicable to changes and refunds:

Discount jewelry can only be exchanged for legal guarantee. These jewels do not allow return.
If the package with the jewel is lost in the way, CAPA JOYERÍA® will be in charge of replacing the jewel and sending it again.
If you are returning a jewel of more than $ 75 USD you are recommended to use a shipment that can be tracked or buy insurance to cover it. We can not guarantee that the piece will be received. The cost of transportation of the return must be borne by the buyer, unless it is a change for warranty.

If there are products of your interest of CAPA JOYERÍA®, contact us and we will provide you with a list of available products. The orders are processed and sent between one (1) and three (3) business days after the payment confirmation. Once the jewel leaves our store, it may take time to reach its final destination the following days:

One (1) to three (3) business days - local destination (Medellín).
Two (2) to four (4) business days - national destination (Colombia).
Six (6) to eight (8) business days - international destination (Rest of the world)
We accept credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Amex). To start the production of your order and make the shipment, the total balance must be paid in full.


For online purchases you must have the following provisions in mind:

Online purchases are subject to product availability.
A minimum of 24 hours is required to confirm online payment by credit, debit or consignment card.
The images published on the Web are enlarged to show the details of the articles, therefore, it is not the actual size of the product.
Home deliveries are made only if the shipping and insurance value is canceled.

Additional remarks:

* All shipments are made from Colombia via FedEx.

** Please, check carefully your shipping information as we will not be responsible for the cost that could generate an error in the delivery address.

*** You are responsible for shipping costs, these will be included in the total cost of the order.

**** If you receive your package opened or something of your order is missing, you must send us a photo of the package immediately this happens to info@capajoyeria.com to study the case and give you a solution as soon as possible. This will occur within a maximum term of ____five___ (_5___) business days.

***** Import tariffs may apply and must be assumed by the purchaser of the jewel.


All our jewelry comes in a package. We use a box for the earrings and a cloth bag for the necklaces and so on. All the information contained there is in English and Spanish. Includes a care label of the jewel and its manufacturing material.

The pieces of CAPA JOYERÍA® require special care: you should not subject them to chemical products or creams. They should be stored in an isolated place where they have no contact with other metals.

In any case, the initial finishes may vary over time and change their color.

To maintain it, it is advisable to use a specialized metal shimmer or a commercially available cloth for each specific use.


All our jewels are guaranteed for one (1) year and can be replaced if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to change your jewel for these reasons, send us an email to info@capajoyeria.com with your contact information, a photo of the status of the jewel and an explanation of the reasons for the change. We will study the case in a time of _cinco__ (_5_) business days and we will inform you if the piece will be covered by the guarantee or not.

Once the replacement is approved, send the jewel to the address: 5 G Street, 32-103 interior, 1102 Medellín, Colombia 050021.

The guarantee does not cover the damages generated by the fact of a third party, the improper use by the client, nor by the natural wear and tear of the product. There are also no jewelry changes that have undergone any modification, such as change of size or markings at the customer's request.

Once the conditions of the product have been reviewed by CAPA JOYERÍA®, we will inform you who assumes the shipping costs of round trip. In the event that CAPA JOYERÍA® is responsible, it will return the value paid by the buyer, after receipt of the shipping invoice by the buyer.

The repair of the defects of the good will be free; if it does not admit reparation, it will proceed with its exchange for a new product or the return of the money, at the client's decision.

We will notify you at the moment we receive the jewel to indicate the repair time, which may vary, depending on the case, between one (1) to four (4) weeks.

In case of repeated failure and taking into account the nature of the property and the characteristics of the defect, at your choice, a new repair will be made, the total or partial refund of the price paid or partial or total change of the property by another of the same species, with similar characteristics or technical specifications, which in no case may be inferior to those of the product that gave rise to the guarantee.

It is clarified that bathrooms tend to wear out over time, so this case is not a guarantee that CAPA JOYERÍA® assumes.

All sensitive data is transmitted in a coded format. We keep the customer's shipping and billing information from the moment you create an account with us, but that information will be used exclusively by CAPA JOYERÍA®.
