- All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Times
- We ship worldwide from our workshop in Colombia.
- U.S. orders are delivered within 7–14 business days after dispatch.
- International orders may take 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
- Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays or carrier issues beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
- Free shipping promotions, if available, will be displayed at checkout.
Customs & Duties
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their local government.
- Capa Design LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery Issues
- Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct. Capa Design LLC is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
